Our family was in Panama City Beach from November 5 - December 30, which was longer than we originally intended. Our stay ended with a week in a hotel suite (more square footage than our camper, ha!) as we waited for RV repairs (due to being side-swiped in Tennessee).
Florida was such a treat! We celebrated both Thanksgiving and Christmas, became Sunshine State official residents (FL drivers licenses and plates!), made friendships, joined a Wild + Free homeschool co-op, had an Emergency Department visit, endured our first severe weather in the RV, relished in the regular sunny days and warm fall/winter temperatures, relaxed at the beach, and enjoyed swimming in the pools.
Places we visited and explored:
- Eden Gardens
- Alys Beach
- Camp Helen State Park
- St. Andrews State Park
- Drove the entire stretch of 30A
- Historic St. Andrews
- Access 16 Beach
- Man in the Sea Museum
- Panama City Beach Conservation Park
Since we were in one spot for so long, here is a mega photo dump:
